1. "The child is expected to have participated in parish faith formation or Catholic school religious education classes for at least one year before he/she begins the direct preparation for the Sacrament of Penance and the Sacrament of Eucharist."

2. "The child is expected to have been previously involved in the liturgical life of the parish faith community by regular attendance at Sunday Eucharist with his/her parents/guardians."

In registering, you are acknowledging this and granting permission to St. Augustine, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, and/or St. Mary of the Assumption to use photos and videos of your child or their names, in our publications, displays or promotions.
